I believe that more resilient bodies = more physical freedom to enjoy life to the fullest.

 

I am a physical therapist and strength & conditioning specialist. I love flexing, lifting, spending time with my hubby & pup in the sun, eating burgers, and drinking wine.

 

It is my mission to provide active women with education on training smart & building resilient bodies to mitigate injuries & give them freedom to do the activities they love, for as long as physically possible.

 

Training should not run your body into the ground. In fact, it should give more than it takes.
