What if I want to continue working with you 1-on-1?
Glad you asked. With any solid and well-rounded exercise program, you need continual modifications and check-ins. This is how we reassess your mobility and check your progress while continuing to make positive adaptations and modifying things as needed.
Typically, my clients get the most benefit from 3-6 months of mobility training programming. This typically looks like one Zoom call with me per month. We will review your exercises, make changes to your exercises as needed, and progress your program as necessary. If necessary, I will follow-up via email after each call with your updated 4-week mobility training program.
Can I use my insurance?
No. These are not physical therapy sessions. All sessions are fee-for-service, meaning you must pay out of pocket prior to each session.
Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo are all acceptable payment methods.
